Accessibility Statement

mindpark advertising strives to make the website www.mindpark.at accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) and in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), which have been implemented as far as possible.

Measures to improve accessibility
To further enhance digital accessibility, we use an accessibility tool available directly from the homepage. This tool offers the following functions:
• Improved readability through text adjustments
• Colour contrast adaptations
• Content highlighting
• Simplified navigation
• Enhanced interaction options

The tool itself is designed to be accessible and aims to make using our website easier for people with different needs.

Non-accessible content
Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:
Some PDF documents on our website are not yet fully accessible.

Disproportionate burden
Due to organisational and financial limitations, it is currently not possible to make all older PDF or Office documents fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to ensure that new content meets accessibility standards.

Content outside the scope of the law
Some older documents published before 28 June 2025 are not covered by the Accessibility Act and therefore are exempt from its legal requirements.

Third-party content
Our website may include third-party content (e.g. embedded tools, applications, or external materials). Since we neither finance, develop, nor control this content, we cannot guarantee its accessibility.

Preparation of this statement
This statement was created based on a self-assessment following WCAG 2.2. Accessibility is reviewed regularly as part of our internal processes.
We continuously strive to improve the website’s usability and accessibility. If you encounter any barriers, we appreciate your feedback.
