Your Job at the Advertising Agency, Imst
You juggle projects, delight clients, and keep a cool head even when things get hectic. Welcome to our team.
We're looking for someone who coordinates projects, supports clients, and is a reliable presence in our day-to-day agency work. You're the first point of contact for our clients, stay in close, ongoing communication with them, and never lose that connection. This also includes maintaining and updating client websites, for example adjusting offers or making small changes based on client requests. You'll also help with SEO and GEO efforts and support our online marketing. At Mindpark, you work closely with your colleagues and are always ready to pitch in wherever support is needed.
- Friday afternoon? It’s yours. A 38.5-hour week and an early start to the weekend – not as an exception, but as a matter of course.
- Flexible working: Working from home is possible in some cases, subject to consultation.
- Outings, spritzers, beer. We enjoy spending time together – even outside of projects. Regularly, and at the agency’s expense.
- No two projects are the same. Exciting clients, varied tasks, always something new.
- You grow, we help. Training and workshops whenever you (or we) feel it makes sense.
- Fair pay: commitment is recognised and rewarded.
- Coffee, snacks, chocolate. All day long. No questions asked.
- Organizational talent that keeps a clear head even in hectic phases
- Background in an agency or tourism environment? Great. Not a must, just convince us.
- A genuine enjoyment of client contact and a good sense for client needs
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and self-initiative
- Basic technical understanding of, or interest in, website maintenance, SEO, and online marketing
- TYPO3 knowledge is a plus, but not required
- English skills are a plus
You know the right people, you know how to open doors – and you’d rather earn money from success than from an hourly rate. Then let’s talk.
We’re looking for someone who can attract new clients to mindpark – using their existing network, persuasive skills and a keen understanding of people. You’ll work independently, bring potential clients to the table and then hand them over to us. The team will take care of the rest. Your efforts will be rewarded directly: with an attractive commission on every contract you bring in. No fixed salary, but maximum freedom – in how you manage your time, how you work and how much you earn.
- Attractive commission. Your hard work pays off straight away – with no upper limit.
- Strong support. You sell – we deliver. With a team that’s behind you and keeps customers happy in the long term.
- Flexible working hours. No 9-to-5, no compulsory attendance. You decide when and how you work.
- Exciting portfolio. Tourism, hospitality, Alpine brands – products you’ll be proud to represent.
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- An existing network within the tourism, hospitality or corporate sectors would be an advantage
- Proactive approach, strong closing skills and a confident manner
- Commitment to creative, high-quality agency work
Good design doesn’t need a vacancy. If you know what you’re capable of – and want to show us – we’d be delighted to receive your portfolio at any time.
We don’t currently have any graphic design vacancies advertised – but there’s always room for exceptional talent here. Are you proficient in Adobe CC and Figma, do you think in terms of brands rather than individual pieces, and do you have agency experience? If so, please send us your portfolio. We review every application personally.

Do you develop websites that don’t just work, but really stand out? We’d love to hear what you’ve got to offer.
We aren’t currently advertising any programming roles – but if you’re really good at what you do, we’d love to hear from you. Whether it’s front-end, CMS development (TYPO3, WordPress) or full-stack: if you have a solid portfolio of projects and understand how agencies work, then get in touch. We’re always on the lookout for talented developers.
