At la couronne, our advertising agency in Austria quite literally crowns the design. For the hotel in Zermatt, we had the pleasure of creating a visual identity that combines alpine clarity with urban elegance. The guiding concept “a mountain state of mind” runs like a common thread through the branding, web design, programming, print, photography, and the hotel itself. Contrasts play a defining role: warm meets cool, light meets dark, tradition meets modernity. The crown in the logo references the name, while the “la” rises – just like the Matterhorn itself.
